OK, remember Stargate Hathos? Well... CHECK THIS LINK OUT!!!
http://sg-eh.forumotion.com/off-topic-f7/remember-hathos-well-its-coming-back-t246.htm#3102
YEAH!
Our pal Sheppard is returning to continue Stargate Hathos, and it's gonna be BIG!!!
From what I've heard, it'll continue from where it left off, and will re-release with a 30+ page episode next month, but this is only what I've heard.
Next is another series that's gonna be hitting this site, and pretty soon I think. I don't know if the creator wants me posting what it's called, or anything about it, but I've read the first two episodes, and it's BIG as well.
We're in for a FANTASTIC winter this year. Hope you like what's in store

| They Call Me Warrior! | Thu Sep 25, 2008 11:40 pm by Cameron Mitchell | OK, so I looked through the first episode of Warp Gate and thought to myself.
Holy crap, this is awful.
So, what I did, was I opened up my Celtx program, a screenwriting software, and redid the episode. I went through all the scenes, corrected words, such as cereal to serial. I must've been hungry when I was writing...
So, I fixed it up, and now I replaced the original version (which is still available for download on my filefront page) with the re-imagined one. It's in the same thread as the first episode was. So, go read it, and enjoy!

| A Place In Time | Tue Sep 09, 2008 6:05 pm by Cameron Mitchell | Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm proud to present the Sci-Fi Network's VERY FIRST youtube group. It's dedicated to Warp Gate 0012, and whether or not it will be a monument to the ending series, or if it'll be just another road to reading new episodes, that will be decided later.
Stargate Andromeda rides on whether or not WG0012 is concluded (I don't want to say canceled).
Here's the URL to the youtube group.
http://www.youtube.com/group/warpgate0012
Next topic of discussion, is I want to announce a few things, some of them just insight. First off, Battlestar Galactica was inspired by a book series called Lost Fleet written by, Jack Campbell. Another book series, is Honor Harrington written by, David Webers, which is supposed to have white knuckled space battles.
Next, I have learned something about BSG. The planet Kobol, was derived from the word, Kolob, which is mentioned in The Book of Abraham (In The Pearl of Great Price), a book in the LDS (Mormon) Church, which Glen A. Larson (creator of original BSG) is a member of, go fig.
Anyway, that's the message for today. As for the next episode of Warp Gate 0012, I know the last one was a bit stingy, pretty short. But I'm working on the next one, which should be pretty big. A sneak-peak: Lewis takes us through the true events that led the group to be stranded out in space.
The working title is, "Of Those Who Say Nothing," but that could change. Anyway...
SO LONG SUCKUHS!!!

| The Shape of Things To Come... | Thu Sep 04, 2008 8:05 am by Cameron Mitchell | OK, Warp Gate has reached its seventh episode by now, and I've finally decided FOR NOW, what I want to do with it. What I'll do, is finish it on one season, and maybe revise it on another date. But here's the game plan.
- Warp Gate 0012 to finish
...And that's about it...
But for those of you who've been to the site, since the VERY beginning, you'll know about the series, Stargate Aurora (later known as Stargate Orion (Cuz I was bored)), and how it was the headlining series of the site, and the whole reason the site was named, the new sg1 in its username. But, for those of you who loved/hated with a vile rage, Stargate Aurora, you'll be happy to hear that after Warp Gate is finished, I'll be creating a re-imagined version of Stargate Aurora. The working-title is Stargate Andromeda, or Stargate Half Life, but it's still in the planning stages.
Now, I don't know how long Warp Gate will last for this season, because, despite the ending of the last episode I released, there's still a big 'ol, round 'ol, crazy 'ol BOAT LOAD of story left, and not a lot of time and space to put it into. So, bare with me.
Game plan 2.0
- Warp Gate to conclude, whenever...
- Either a novelized, or screenwritten re-imagined series of Stargate Andromeda
- Go to Hollywood, take out George Clooney, and hang out with Amanda Tapping, if she's there (you heard me)
So anyway, that's the news for our humble, little site. But, what's happening in the real world you ask? You weren't asking that? Well... screw you I'm talking about the real world now...
Crap, what was I gonna type?...
OH!
Battlestar Galactica returns February 2009 and Stargate: Atlantis ends on the same month, to be replaced by a series of movies, and Stargate Universe, which is apparently going to be aimed at a younger, hipper, groovier audience (not the hippies (No Stargate for them )).
In the non-sci-fi world, McCain (the Republican Nominee for the President of the United States of America), chose his running mate, the Governor of Alaska. Her first name escaped me, but I know it was Something Palin. Anyway, she's brought hope back to the Republican party.
And here's what I think of Obama's campaign!!!
So... that's the news. SO LONG SUCHUHS!!!!!!!

| Something's New :) | Wed Jul 23, 2008 2:50 am by Cameron Mitchell | I've thought it over, and I really do want to become a screenplay writer. So... I'm gonna start making my own series, written all in screenplays. So, at about August 1 or so, I'll be releasing my new series on a new website

| It's Back!!! | Sat Jul 12, 2008 2:08 pm by Cameron Mitchell | After watching the new Atlantis episode, I've decided to rekindle my love of Stargate Fanfiction. I'm going to make Orion, season 2. It will take some time, but to sink up with the Atlantis episodes, I'm gonna need to release one early, so it may not be great. But be ready for some good, new stuff

| Dial It Up!!! | Thu Jul 03, 2008 6:22 pm by Cameron Mitchell | Okay everyone. Things have been busy over the last few weeks. My screenplay is going well. I'm on my, like... eight draft but it's doing well and shouldn't take much longer.
For now, let's talk about what's happened to the site itself. We got quite the kick to the soft stuff, a few days ago. The site, made it literally impossible to login, or post guest messages. Somehow, the problem resolved itself, so we're okay for now.
One week from tomorrow, Stargate Atlantis comes out for its fifth season. It promises to be full of action, adventure, drama, and much more
Hancock came out on the second. Besides the language, it was a very decent movie. Quite funny. The Wall Street Journal, apparently hated it however, saying that its story, "wandered around." I agree, but I still like it. I would definitely recommend it. four stars out of five.
Battlestar Galactica comes back for the second half of its last season sooner or later. I'm pissed at the mid-season finale's ending at the moment. They better have some good stuff coming. This brings me to our next subject. A prequel series to Battlestar Galactica. Its name is Caprica. It portrays James(?) Adama, who is a lawyer, fighting the creation of the Cylons. The series also brings up the origin of the name, Cylon. No idea what the letters stood for, but it was strange. I believe that series is to come out a bit after Galactica ends. In my honest opinion, it doesn't seem all that great. Here's the link to its wikipedia page.
And with that, we're done.

| More of the Good and the Bad | Wed Jun 04, 2008 11:09 pm by Cameron Mitchell | Hey everyone, it's Mitchell. Okay, Project Galactica is canceled for the moment, I've got some big stuff coming up that tops it with a HORRIBLE RAGE!!! Unfortunately, Star Trek Continuum is canceled as well, as is Season two of Orion. BUT, I have a new project coming up, one of which is a new Stargate fanfic all of it's own, all original, no crossovers or names from my favorite detective shows; I may toss in some names from Orion here and there however. Not to mention some BIG SG-1 fanfic short books may come along the line. So, brace yourselves for the changes.

| Good news, bad news... | Wed May 28, 2008 10:13 pm by Cameron Mitchell | Let's start with the bad news, I am putting my fanfics on hold for now, that means that hiatus will still go on even past Atlantis's (airing July 11). This means Orion/Aurora and Star Trek Continuum will be put on hold and classified as... Work... in... PROGRESS!!! OO-OO-OOH!!!
SO! I need to do this because I have a screenplay to think about and alot of other issues to hammer out in my life schedule that I can't afford to be worried or nagged by this. The fanfic will return, but here's the deal, the site's staying alive, not just with Shep and Mathyos's work, but with the fact that we are no longer just a fanfic site... We are now an all around site...
So. I have also announced Project Galactica to the peeps of SGEH, that's Event Horizon everyone. It's basically a Galactica mod for JKA. You can see my post under the same name in the eventhorizon forums. So, I hope this doesn't make anyone want to kill me and eat my brains. And that's it, so I hope this helps us break into some new stuff, thanks everyone
