Studio Night Flight is NOT legally responsible for any media that is posted on its forums. All media posted should be from a LEGAL third-party source. An example of a LEGAL third-party source would be Hulu and Youtube.
Should any member/guest post an illegal source of media, then (if a member) their punishment will be determined by the severity of the copyright infringement. If a guest defies this rule, their post will automatically be deleted, and, like the punishment of members, depending on the severity of the copyright infringement, their punishment will be determined.
