| | Dial It Up!!! |  Thu Jul 03, 2008 6:22 pm by Cameron Mitchell | Okay everyone. Things have been busy over the last few weeks. My screenplay is going well. I'm on my, like... eight draft  but it's doing well  and shouldn't take much longer.
For now, let's talk about what's happened to the site itself. We got quite the kick to the soft stuff, a few days ago. The site, made it literally impossible to login, or post guest messages. Somehow, the problem resolved itself, so we're okay for now.
One week from tomorrow, Stargate Atlantis comes out for its fifth season. It promises to be full of action, adventure, drama, and much more 
Hancock came out on the second. Besides the language, it was a very decent movie. Quite funny. The Wall Street Journal, apparently hated it however, saying that its story, "wandered around." I agree, but I still like it. I would definitely recommend it. four stars out of five.
Battlestar Galactica comes back for the second half of its last season sooner or later. I'm pissed at the mid-season finale's ending at the moment. They better have some good stuff coming. This brings me to our next subject. A prequel series to Battlestar Galactica. Its name is Caprica. It portrays James(?) Adama, who is a lawyer, fighting the creation of the Cylons. The series also brings up the origin of the name, Cylon. No idea what the letters stood for, but it was strange. I believe that series is to come out a bit after Galactica ends. In my honest opinion, it doesn't seem all that great. Here's the link to its wikipedia page.

Okay, Project Galactica is canceled for the moment, I've got some big stuff coming up that tops it with a HORRIBLE RAGE!!! Unfortunately, Star Trek Continuum is canceled as well, as is Season two of Orion. BUT, I have a new project coming up, one of which is a new Stargate fanfic all of it's own, all original, no crossovers or names from my favorite detective shows; I may toss in some names from Orion here and there however. Not to mention some BIG SG-1 fanfic short books may come along the line. So, brace yourselves for the changes.

| Good news, bad news... | | Wed May 28, 2008 10:13 pm by Cameron Mitchell | Let's start with the bad news, I am putting my fanfics on hold for now, that means that hiatus will still go on even past Atlantis's (airing July 11). This means Orion/Aurora and Star Trek Continuum will be put on hold and classified as... Work... in... PROGRESS!!! OO-OO-OOH!!!
SO! I need to do this because I have a screenplay to think about and alot of other issues to hammer out in my life schedule that I can't afford to be worried or nagged by this. The fanfic will return, but here's the deal, the site's staying alive, not just with Shep and Mathyos's work, but with the fact that we are no longer just a fanfic site... We are now an all around site...
So. I have also announced Project Galactica to the peeps of SGEH, that's Event Horizon everyone. It's basically a Galactica mod for JKA. You can see my post under the same name in the eventhorizon forums. So, I hope this doesn't make anyone want to kill me and eat my brains. And that's it, so I hope this helps us break into some new stuff, thanks everyone

Next is the new look of the site, we've got a new sig thanks to Sheppard and I'm gonna change the background eventually, including the structure of the site itself.
Third is that Galactica's coming to the end of it's last season, so keep a look out for that, I wonder what the last Cylon will be...
And last is 30 Rock, the NBC show written by Tina Fay has taken a cliffhanger of it's very own for the first time, with Kathye Guise and that gay dude, his name escapes me, take over NBC and Jack Donighey and Liz Lemon are in trouble 
Okay, that's it, keep your eyes open for all the new stuff a'comin'!!!

I'll be giving Stargate Hathos a rest for a little while, since I've got no ideas about what to do next  
So... since I watched the entire Alien/Predator trilogy today, I thought, why not write some fanfics 
Hence, Aliens Evolution.
Heres the trailer:
The United Space Military created Ripley #8, a hybrid, half-human, half-xenomorph. (Black Screen with voiceover)

That was ten years ago, back when the 'Aliens' were not even known to have existed, (Black Screen with voiceover)
Now, they have destroyed over 20 colonies, all innocent people.. (Black Screen with voiceover)

| Stargate: Orion Season 2 Premiere!!! | | Wed Apr 09, 2008 2:40 am by Cameron Mitchell | Stargate Orion Season 2 will be premiering relatively soon, it will be actually making it's way into a crossover series, it will be more intense, more violent, and I'm gonna try and make it more dark, but I will keep it to an appropriate setting for PG-13 viewers.
People who have read my other works will know I like to keep things tasteful and clean, no swearing, no sex, and not TOO MUCH violence. But this series will have a list of the following...
-Slightly more violence
-Much more dark at times
-No swearing
-No sex
-Awesome stuff
So, let's get started, Orion season 2 will be a crossover between Stargate and Battlestar Galactica, the only crossover parts so far though are the Cylons, vipers, and possibly the planets.
This series may now have to branch off from it's counterpart, Stargate: Atlantis because of the stories I want to bring in, plus the fact that Stargate Universe will be brought into the fold sooner or later, although, that may happen after Atlantis has made it's run and is waiting triumphantly at the finish line with SG-1.
The first episode will not introduce the Cylons, but it will be pretty fun
I'll post the specs of all the new stuff in the Season 2 thread of the series.
I can't wait to write this, but know that the date I'm about to give may change due to the fact that my book is still incomplete.
Stargate Orion Season 2-Releasing July 10
And also be on the look out for Star Trek Continuum, coming July 10.

Star Trek: Continuum breaks down like this, it's a mix of Battlestar Galactica and Star Trek, but before you close this window, just read on. The only bit of crossover material in this fanfic will be the Cylons and Viper fighters. It'll come soon enough and may be out when the Atlantis Hiatus is up.

In the next season, I will, instead of posting each part of one episode of the show in one topic each, I will instead be posting every single part, one after the other, in one topic, first post in the topic will be part one of one episode, the next post in that very same topic will be the second part until I can figure out how to post whole episodes in one post.
The second one is that pictures may be scarce as I need to not rely on them for description because I'm going to write a novel, and I don't want pics in it, besides the cover
Now, everybody hang in there as I try to figure out when Aurora's hiatus will end.
And let's all remember Sheppard as he is recovering from injuries
